Your sample will be returned as requested. The submitted sample, style #2001634, is a woman’s blouse constructed from 100% cotton woven yarn dyed fabric. The blouse extends approximately 34 inches from the shoulders to the upper thigh. The blouse features a collar, ¾ length roll up sleeves with buttoned cuffs and buttoned tabs, a full front opening secured by five buttons, a self-fabric drawstring waist, two side vents and a hemmed bottom. This garment will be imported in petite sizes under item #008-7877, regular sizes under item #008-7878 and plus sizes under item #008-7879. The applicable subheading for the style 22001634 will be 6206.30.3011, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for women’s or girls’ blouses, shirts and shirt-blouses: of cotton: other: other: other: with two or more colors in the warp and or the filling: women’s. The duty rate will be 15.4 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
