A sample of the Vintage Klik Klak, item number 5124, was submitted with your inquiry. The item is a toy that is comprised of wood blocks that are attached by means of fabric ribbon. The toy may be stacked to make various shapes or simply clacked for fun. The retail package details the different ways that the Klik Klak may be used. The Klik Klak is designed for children 4 years and older. The sample is being returned as requested. The applicable subheading for the Vintage Klik Klak will be 9503.00.0080, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Tricycles, scooters, pedal cars and similar wheeled toys…dolls, other toys…puzzles of all kinds; parts and accessories thereof…Other.” The rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
