The instant sample, identified as Style KH0047, is a toilet lid cover. The cover is made from cotton yarns. The yarns have been tufted into a cotton base fabric. The oval shaped cover measures 18.5 x 17.5 inches. The edges of the cover are elasticized to secure the cover to the toilet seat lid. The applicable subheading for the cover will be 6304.92.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other furnishing articles, excluding those of heading 9404: other: not knitted or crocheted, of cotton. The duty rate will be 6.3 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
