A photograph of the item was submitted for our review. The merchandise is identified as item number 10050175, Garbino Mesh Black. It is a waste paper basket made of stainless steel wire mesh. It measures approximately 10.5 inches in diameter and 10 inches in height. The applicable subheading for the waste paper basket will be 7326.20.0070, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other articles of iron or steel, articles of iron or steel wire, other. The rate of duty will be 3.9 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
