Style W-0301-01, Bumble Bee, is a flimsy textile costume set that consists of a polyester top and headpiece, with the top imparting the essential character. Although the top has two styling features, it has a loose visible overlock stitched neck and seams, a hook and loop tab closure and loose visible overlock stitched and/or raw edges at the arms, hem, closure and styling features. Style W-0460-01, Nun, is a flimsy textile costume set that consists of a polyester robe, a scarf and a collar, with the robe imparting the essential character. The robe is overwhelmingly flimsy, with a loose visible overlock stitched neck and seams, a hook and loop tab closure and loose visible overlock stitched and/or raw edges at the arms, hem and closure. Style W-1547-02, Roman Goddess, is a flimsy textile costume set that consists of a polyester robe, a collar, a headpiece, leg guards and a belt, with the robe imparting the essential character. The robe is overwhelmingly flimsy, with a loose visible overlock stitched neck and seams, a hook and loop tab closure and loose visible overlock stitched and/or raw edges at the arms, hem and closure. Style W-1931-01, Buccaneer Beauty, is a flimsy textile costume set that consists of a polyester dress, a hat, a belt, boot covers and a bandana, with the dress imparting the essential character. Although the dress has two styling features, it has a loose visible overlock stitched neck and seams, a loose single straight stitched waist, thin elastics, a hook and loop tab closure and loose visible overlock stitched and/or raw edges at the arms, hem, closure and one styling feature. Style W-1944-01, Go Go Dancer, is a flimsy textile costume set that consists of a polyester dress and bandana, with the dress imparting the essential character. Although the dress has a well-made neck, it has loose visible overlock stitched seams, a hook and loop tab closure and loose visible overlock stitched and/or raw edges at the arms, hem and closure. The applicable subheading for styles W-0301-01, Bumble Bee, W-0460-01, Nun, W-1547-02, Roman Goddess, W-1931-01, Buccaneer Beauty, and style W-1944-01, Go Go Dancer, will be 9505.90.6000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for "Festive, carnival or other entertainment articles, including magic tricks and practical joke articles; parts and accessories thereof: Other: Other."
