The submitted sample is a bag that you identify as a wine bag. The bag is constructed of sheer woven organza fabric and is decorated with printed metallic gold stars. It measures approximately 14.5cm W x 30cm H and can be closed with a tasseled drawstring. The applicable subheading for the organza bag will be 6307.90.9889, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other made up textile articles, other. The rate of duty will be 7% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
