Styles 110171 & 110171H, Jailhouse Honey (Toddler), 110172 & 110172H, Jailhouse Honey (Child), 110173 & 110173H, Jailhouse Honey (Teen), 110174 & 110174H, Jailhouse Honey (Adult), and styles 110175 & 110175H, Jailhouse Honey (Plus Size), are ten styles of a flimsy textile costume set that consists of a top, a pair of pants and a cap, with the top imparting the essential character. Although the top has a well-made neck, it has loose overlock stitched seams and raw or loose overlock stitched edges at the arms, bottom and closure. The applicable subheading for styles 110171 & 110171H, Jailhouse Honey (Toddler), 110172 & 110172H, Jailhouse Honey (Child), 110173 & 110173H, Jailhouse Honey (Teen), 110174 & 110174H, Jailhouse Honey (Adult), and styles 110175 & 110175H, Jailhouse Honey (Plus Size), will be 9505.90.6000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Festive, carnival or other entertainment articles, including magic tricks and practical joke articles; parts and accessories thereof: Other: Other.” The rate of duty will be Free.
