There is a 3 ½” x 2” cut-out on the front panel to insert a label or photo. The inside of the box has adjustable dividers that can be fitted into slotted sides. The applicable subheading for the CD/Photo Storage Box will be 4823.90.6700, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other (non-enumerated) articles of coated paper or paperboard. The rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
