Your sample will be returned to you. The sample submitted is identified as “Tournament Tri-Color Large Duffle,” style 9412. It is constructed with an outer surface of man-made textile material. The bag is designed to provide storage, organization, protection, and portability for clothing and other personal effects during travel. The bag features one interior compartment with a zippered pocket on the back wall. The exterior has a zippered front pocket and two zippered side pockets. It has a top zippered opening and two carrying handles. It is designed to be carried by hand, or carried over the shoulder by means of a removable, adjustable shoulder strap. The duffle bag measures approximately 19.25” (W) x 12.5” (H) x 10” (D). The applicable subheading for the duffle bag will be 4202.92.3031, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for travel, sports and similar bags, with outer surface of textile materials, other, of man-made fibers, other. The duty rate will be 17.6 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. With the exception of certain products of China, quota/visa requirements are no longer applicable for merchandise which is the product of World Trade Organization (WTO) member countries.
