The sample was examined and disposed of. Item No. DM-223071 Creepy Cranberry Corpse Cosmo Elixir consists of a long-necked 500-ml bottle, measuring approximately 10.6 inches tall and 4 inches in diameter, filled with a red-colored drink mix. The drink mix contains 78.94 percent water, 19 percent sugar, 1.5 percent citric acid, and less than one percent, each, of natural flavor, disodium phosphate, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, and color. Affixed to the neck of the bottle with rawhide is a package containing four gummy candies in the shape of worms. The gummy worms measure approximately 3-1/2 inches long and 5/8 in wide and consist of 41 percent glucose syrup, 32 percent sugar, 15 percent water, 8.3 percent gelatin, 2 percent sorbitol, 1.08 percent citric acid, and less than one percent each of malic acid, bees wax, flavor, and color.
