Tartaro Byron Chemical Company, Inc. 40-11 23rd Street Long Island City, NY 11101 RE: The tariff classification of Nandrolone Decanoate (CAS-360-73-3), imported in bulk form, from Italy Dear Mr. Tartaro: In your letter dated January 15, 2007, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The subject product, Nandrolone Decanoate, is an anabolic steroid. The applicable subheading for Nandrolone Decanoate, imported in bulk form, will be 2937.29.9050, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for “Steroidal hormones, their derivatives and structural analogues: Other: Other: Anabolic agents and androgens.” The rate of duty will be free. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
