The submitted garments are long-sleeved, v-necked garments, manufactured from knitted fabric, style 93197 of 80% cotton/20% nylon and style 18298 of 84% rayon/16% nylon. As you have requested, the sample garments and their accompanying component parts are being returned. Because there are no lines of demarcation on the garments nor contouring, the applicable subheading for style 93197 will be 6110.20.2079, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for …pullovers… knitted…, of cotton, other, other, other, women’s…, other; and for style 18298 will be 6110.30.3059, HTSUS, which provides for …pullovers…knitted…of man-made fibers, other, other, other, other, other, women’s…, other. The duty rates will be 16.5 and 32 per cent ad valorem, respectively. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change. Style 93197 falls within textile category designation 339 and the other style within 639.
