As requested, your sample is being returned to you. The submitted sample, identified as item 10034097, is a laptop carrying case. It is wholly of man-made fiber textile materials and is of a padded construction. The carry case has double self-material handles and a zipper closure. There is a removable zipper pouch for accessories. The applicable subheading for 10034097 will be 4202.92.9026, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for other containers and cases, other, with outer surface of textile materials, of man-made fibers. The duty rate will be 17.6 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
