The submitted sample will be returned to you as requested. Style WFH3N1627A is a woman’s blouse constructed from lace that is 45 percent rayon, 30 percent silk and 25 percent nylon. The blouse features short sleeves, a modified V-neckline, a lining and a full front opening secured by six buttons. The applicable subheading for the blouse will be 6206.40.3030, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for women’s or girls’ blouses, shirts and shirt-blouses: of man-made fibers: other: other: other: women’s. The duty rate will be 26.9 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
