Submitted style BG13, manufactured from finely knitted fabric of either 100% cotton or 90% cotton/10% polyester that weighs more than 200 grams per square meter, is styled as a t-shirt. As you have requested, the sample garment is being returned. The applicable subheading for the this style will be 6110.20.2079, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for …pullovers…and similar articles, knitted…, of cotton, other, other, other, …girls’, other. The duty rate will be 16.5 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
