Your letter to us indicated that the 1” candle ring was identified as item number 188625 and the 3” candle ring was identified as item number 188626. This letter will serve as a correction to NY I81491. The correct number for the 1” candle ring is 118625 and the 3” candle ring correct number is 118626. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of the ruling or the control number indicated above should be provided with the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
