The sample submitted, Style Number K457, is a Girls’ Knit Fleece Lined Crewneck Pullover constructed from 50% Cotton/45% Polyester/5% Black Polyester Knit Fabric. The Pullover features rib knit at the cuffs and relaxed bottom. You state the size range will be Girls’ XS, S, M, L, and XL. The sample will be returned to you as requested. The applicable subheading for the Girls’ Cotton/Polyester Knit Fleece Lined Crew Neck Pullover will be 6110.3055, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for Sweaters, pullovers, sweatshirts, waistcoats (vests) and similar articles, knitted or crocheted: Of man-made fibers: Other: Other: Other: Other: Other: Women’s or girls’. The rate of duty is 32.7%. 2 The Girls’ Cotton/Polyester Knit Relaxed Bottom Crewneck Pullover falls within Textile Category Designation 639.
