The samples that you have submitted will be returned to you under separate cover. Style M233450 is a woman’s upper body garment constructed from 100 percent cotton woven fabric. The garment features a V-neckline, adjustable 3/8-inch wide shoulder straps, a partial back opening secured by two buttons and embroidery just below the front shoulder straps. The top back edge is cut straight across from side seam to side seam. Style M233452 is a woman’s blouse constructed from 100 percent cotton woven fabric. The sleeveless blouse features a V-neckline, a lining, side vents and a side zipper closure. There is embroidery around the front neckline. Style M233453 is a woman’s blouse constructed from 60 percent cotton and 40 percent polyester woven fabric. The blouse is sleeveless and features a square neckline, 1 ½ inch wide shoulder straps and a side zipper closure. The applicable subheading for style M233450 will be 6211.42.0081, Harmonized tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for track suits, ski-suits and swimwear; other garments: other garments, women’s or girls’: of cotton: other. The duty rate will be 8.3 percent ad valorem. The applicable subheading for style M233452 will be 6206.30.3040, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for women’s or girls’ blouses, shirts and shirt-blouses: of cotton: other: other: other: women’s. The duty rate will be 15.8 percent ad valorem. The applicable subheading for style M233453 will be 6211.42.0056, Harmonized tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for track suits, ski-suits and swimwear; other garments: other garments, women’s or girls’: of cotton: blouses, shirts and shirt-blouses, sleeveless tank styles and similar upper body garments excluded from heading 6206. The duty rate will be 16.4 percent ad valorem. Style M233450 falls within textile category designation 359 and styles M233452 and M233453 fall within textile category designation 341. Based upon international textile trade agreements products of Hong Kong and India are subject to quota restraints and a visa requirement. The designated textile and apparel categories and their quota and visa status are the result of international agreements that are subject to frequent renegotiations and changes. If so, visa and quota requirements applicable to the subject merchandise may be affected and should also be verified at the time of shipment. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
