Formoterol fumarate, a pharmaceutical intermediate, is an aromatic, cyclic, carboxyamide-function salt compound. The applicable subheading for the Formoterol fumarate, also known as N-(2-Hydroxy-5-((1R)-1-hydroxy-2-(((1R)-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1-methylethyl)amino)ethyl)phenyl)formamide, (2E)-2-butenedioate (2:1) (salt), will be 2924.29.7000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for Carboxyamide-function compounds; amide-function compounds of carbonic acid: Cyclic amides (including cyclic carbamates)and their derivatives; salts thereof: Other: Aromatic: Other: Other: Other: Products described in additional U.S. note 3 to section VI….
