Sixty-seven Broad Street New York, NY 10004 RE: The tariff classification of a Think & Go Farm Interactive Talking Toy from China Dear Mr. Marshak: In your letter dated May 27, 1999 you requested a tariff classification ruling on behalf of your client Leap Frog. A representative sample of the subject article was submitted with your request. The submitted sample measures approximately 10 1/2" x 9 1/2" in width and height, respectively. It is predominantly blue in color and has a series of multi-colored farm animals on the front, one (1) of which is . The animals are depressible and are used as prompted by the of .
