The rate of duty will be 15.1% ad valorem. Goods classifiable under the 6115 heading, HTS, which have originated in the country of Israel, will be entitled to a free rate under the United States-Israel Free Trade Area Implementation Act upon compliance with all applicable regulations. Products of Israel, are not subject to quota restraints and visa requirenments. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
