This request pertains to style 42115. In that ruling letter, style number 42115 was classified as a woman's sweater (misses sizes). You indicate in your request that this style will also be imported as style 52115 (petite sizes) and as style 62115 (plus sizes). The correct style number is 42115/52115/62115. Classification, duty rate and textile category will not change. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). Copies of this supplement are being provided to all ports where entry of this merchandise will be made. A copy of this letter should be given to your broker and all members of your staff who are involved with clearing merchandise through Customs.
