The ruling issued to you inadvertently stated that MON 0139 was classified in subheading 2931.00.5030. This tariff number is obsolete . Please be advised that the correct classification should be 2931.00.9030, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS). The rate of duty remains 3.7 percent ad valorem.
