Through clerical error, in the fourth paragraph, the letter stated "Based upon international textile trade agreements, products of the Dominican Republic are subject to the requirement of a visa." The letter is corrected to read "Based upon international textile trade agreements, products of the Dominican Republic are subject to quota and the requirement of a visa."
