Through clerical error, the section titled "DESCRIPTION OF MERCHANDISE" incorrectly stated that the sample was a "women's sweater composed of 100% wool knit fabric constructed with nine or fewer stitches per centimeter measured horizontally". The ruling is corrected to read that the sweater is "constructed with nine or fewer stitches per two centimeters measured horizontally". The balance of the ruling letter is correct as originally issued. We apologize for any inconvenience.
