This ruling confirms that the subject product, Dithane M-45 fungicidal preparation, is, in fact, properly classifiable within subheading 3808.20.2400, HTS, whether it is imported in bulk form or whether it is imported put up in forms or packings for retail sale. Please be advised that all other information contained in NY ruling 818024 remains unchanged. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of this ruling, or the control number indicated above, should be presented, in conjunction with a copy of NY ruling 818024, with the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
