That ruling inadvertently stated that the applicable subheading for the knit pile fabric was 6001.21.0000. The correct HTS number is 6001.22.0000. All other facts stated in the ruling remain the same. A copy of this correction ruling or the control number indicated above should be provided with HQ 962160 and the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
