That ruling described the product as a "light-brown, granular product..." That description is incorrect. PB Filling IV was not granular material, but a soft, light-brown paste. All other facts stated in the ruling were correct. A copy of this corrction ruling or the control number indicatd above should be provided with NY A89417 and the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
