In HQ 951943, we revoked NY 825024, dated March 25, 1988, which involved the classification of a similar highway kit. In the "EFFECT ON OTHER RULINGS" section of HQ 951943, we mistakenly referred to NY 825024 as NY 872024. This letter is notice to you that HQ 951943 should be modified so that "NY 872024" is stricken and replaced by "NY 825024" in the "EFFECT ON OTHER RULINGS" section of the ruling.
