The applicable HTS subheadings and duty rates for the above listed products are as follows: PRODUCT HTS RATE OF DUTY 3,5-Di-tertbutyl- 2912.49.2000 11.9 percent ad 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde valorem (CAS # 1620-98-0) 2,3-Dichlorophenol 2908.10.5000 1.5 cents per kilo plus kilo plus 19.4 (CAS # 576-24-9) percent ad valorem 2-Fluoronitrile 2926.90.4800 20 percent ad aka: 2-fluorobenzonitrile valorem (CAS # 394-47-8) This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
