Supplement to NY Ruling 888405 Dear Ms. Rampy: In your letter dated June 30, 1993, on behalf of Foreign Resources Corp., you requested a classification ruling for a style 35910/25132 jacket. In our reply of July 21, 1993, we inadvertantly indicated the statistical suffix "10" for the item under HTS subheading 6202.93.50. The statistical suffix for that classification has been changed to "11". Therefore, the ruling should have given the classification in 6202.93.5011. In all other respects, the ruling is unchanged. A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported. If the documents have been filed without a copy, this ruling should be brought to the attention of the Customs officer handling the transaction. Sincerely, Jean F.
