Dugan Associated Merchandising Corporation 1440 Broadway New York, NY 10018 RE: The tariff classification of boys jackets and cardigan from Singapore. Dear Ms. Dugan: We refer to ruling letter DD 893070, which was issued to you from the District of San Francisco, on December 23, 1993. In your initial letter to us, dated December 7, 1993, on behalf of Target Stores, you requested a binding ruling for styles TB-102, TB-103, and TB-105. On December 23, 1993, ruling letter DD 893070 was issued to you for three toddler boys' garments. The style numbers indicated were 102, 103, and 105. In a subsequent letter from your office, dated January 11, 1994, you brought to our attention the fact that the prefix "TB" was omitted on each style number in that ruling. All other information remains the same. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
