The ruling contained an inadvertent typographical error at the heading line identifying the "Tariff No." The tariff subheading identified in that location, 1901.90.4095, is incorrect. The correct subheading for the tequenos is 1901.90.4050, HTS, as stated in the penultimate paragraph on page one of the letter.
