Baclofen a drug in bulk form will be used in the manufacture of a formulated muscle relaxant. The applicable subheading for the Baclofen in bulk form will be 2922.49.2500, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for oxygen-function amino compounds, other, aromatic, other, drugs. The duty rate will be 7 percent ad valorem. This merchandise may be subject to the regulations of the Food and Drug Administration.
