Dear Mr. Ryan: In your letter dated August 12, 1992, you requested a tariff classification ruling. A sample of the Lens Cleaning Kit #Ck00050 was submitted with your inquiry and is being returned. The kit consists of one photo album, one package of lens tissue and one bottle of lens cleaner.
