Xylazine HCl Anhydrous is an aromatic heterocyclic drug in bulk form which is used as a veterinary sedative and analgesic. The applicable subheading for the Xylazine HCl will be 2934.90.2500, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for other heterocyclic other aromatic other drugs. The rate of duty will be 6.9 percent ad valorem. Articles classifiable under subheading 2934.90.2500, HTS, which are products of Hungary are entitled to duty free treatment under the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) upon compliance with all applicable regulations.
