The applicable HTS subheading for P50 Oxime, CAS 50849-47-3, known as 5-Nonylsalicylaldoxine and also as 2-Hydroxy-5-nonylbenzaldoxime will be 2928.00.2000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for organic derivatives of hydrazine or of hydroxylamine: other: aromatic. The duty rate will be 7.2 percent ad valorem. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
