HTS PROVISION : 9017.80.0000 HTS SUBHEADING : Other instruments for measuring length, for use in the hand RATE OF DUTY : 5.3% DUTY CONCESSION : Articles classifiable under subheading 9017.80.0000, HTS, which are products of the Philippines, are entitled to duty free treatment under the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) upon compliance with all applicable regulations. A copy of this ruling should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
