The applicable subheading for 4-Carboethoxy-3-methyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one, CAS 487-51-4, also known as 2-Methyl-4-oxo-2-cyclohexene-1-carboxylic acid, ethyl ester, will be 2918.30.9000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for carboxylic acids with aldehyde or ketone function but without other oxygen function, their anhydrides, halides, peroxides, peroxyacids and their derivatives: other.
