The applicable subheading for o-Aminophenol, also known as 2-Aminophenol, CAS 95-55-6, will be 2922.29.1300, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for o-Aminophenol. The rate will be duty free. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of this ruling letter should be attached to the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
