You also state that the garments will also be imported under style 15123 for petites and 15124 for talls. Upon examination of the redesigned jacket of style 15122, it has been determined that the classification information given in NY 806128 will remain unchanged. Styles 15123 and 15124 will be classified the same as style 15122. The dress under 6204.41.2010 at 16.7 percent and the jacket under 6211.41.0055 at 16.5 percent. This supplement should be attached to the entry documents at the time this merchandise is imported along with ruling NY 806128.
