Page 1, paragraph 2 of the letter should read: "The sample submitted, style number 98700, is a woman's hip-length reversible jacket. The Harmonized Tariff Schedule classifications, duty rate and quota category that were stated to you in binding ruling letter 802859 for style number 98700 were correct and remain the same.
