NJ 07064 RE: The tariff classification of a romper from Hong Kong. Dear Mr. Chizmadia: We refer to ruling letter 801543, which was issued to you on September 28, 1994. In that ruling, we stated that the submitted sample, Style L7POO9W11, a girl's knit romper, would be imported in sizes 7-14. In a subsequent letter dated October 5, 1994, you brought to our attention the fact that this information was incorrect, and indicated that the romper will be imported in sizes 7-16. All other information remains the same. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Copies of this supplemental ruling are being provided to all ports where entry of this merchandise will be made. A copy of this letter should be given to your broker and all members of your staff who are involved with clearing merchandise through Customs.
