Your letter states that the Customs Service San Francisco office denied your request for two documents pursuant to exemptions (b)(5) and (b)(7) of the FOIA under case number FOIA/98-SF-0062. San Francisco FOIA case number 98-62-FOIA, which you cited, does not pertain to you but to a third party request for records concerning Customs brokers licenses. Accordingly, we have not been able to locate your initial FOIA request file. We ask that you send us a photocopy of San Francisco Customs response to your initial FOIA request.
