In both rulings we cited HRL 085617 of March 4, 1988. That citation was incorrect. The correct citation is HRL 075617 of March 4, 1988. Pursuant to Section 177.9 of the Customs Regulations (19 CFR 177.9), HRL 084075 and HRL 084083, both dated July 14, 1989, are modified accordingly.
