In a letter dated June 16, 1988, copy enclosed, Marks Brothers by its Vice President, Douglas Patinkin, withdrew its request for Internal Advice on this matter due to changed circumstances. In view of the withdrawal of the Internal Advice Request by Mr. Patinkin, we are closing our file on this matter. You should inform the inquirer of this letter.
