SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Petitions On March 31, 2009, the Department of Commerce (the Department) received petitions concerning imports of polyethylene retail carrier bags (PRCBs) from Indonesia, Taiwan, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) filed in proper form by Hilex Poly Co., LLC, and Superbag Corporation (the petitioners).
