SUMMARY: As required by the Privacy Act of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552a(e)(4) , notice is hereby given that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) proposes to modify, alter, amend, rename and republish in its entirety existing system of records “Compensation, Pension, Education, and Rehabilitation Records—VA (58VA21/22/28)”. DATES: Comments on this amended system must be received no later than May 1, 2009. If no public comment is received during the period allowed for comments, the amended system will become effective May 1, 2009.
