The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Ecuador with respect to 81 companies. The respondents which the Department selected for individual examination are Promarisco, S.A. (Promarisco) and Sociedad Nacional de Galapagos, S.A. (Songa). The respondents which were not selected for individual examination are listed in the "Preliminary Results of Review" section of this notice. This is the third administrative review of this order. The period of review (POR) covers February 1, 2007, through August 14, 2007. We preliminarily determine that sales made to the United States by Promarisco and Songa have been made below normal value (NV). In addition, based on the preliminary results for the respondents selected for individual examination, we have determined a preliminary weighted- average margin for those companies that were not individually examined. If the preliminary results are adopted in our final results of administrative review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries. Interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary results.
