SUMMARY: The U.S. Department of Commerce (“the Department”) has completed its administrative review of the countervailing duty (“CVD”) order on certain pasta from Italy for the period January 1, 2007, through December 31, 2007. On May 28, 2009, we published the Preliminary Results of this review. See Certain Pasta from Italy: Preliminary Results of the 12th (2007) Countervailing Duty Administrative Review , 74 FR 25489 (May 28, 2009) (“ Preliminary Results ”). We did not receive any comments on the Preliminary Results and have made no revisions. We find that De Matteis Agroalimentare S.p.A. (“De Matteis”) received countervailable subsidies.
